Parcels delivered by DHL For You are delivered within 24 hours after being picked up during the day in the Netherlands and Belgium*.

Label Cycloon

This label is generated for every parcel that is delivered to one of the cities where we do bike deliveries.

Label PostNL

This label is generated when a registered letter is delivered by PostNL.

Label DHL

This label is generated when a parcel is delivered by DHL.

Label Skynet

For all parcels that are going abroad, this label is printed by the printer.

Printing

Printing using standard printers on A4 paper

Do you use a standard A4 printer? Use A4 label sheets with four A6 labels per sheet and, next, select “A4” in Dabba before you print.

Do you use a zebra label printer or another label printer?

You can set the printer in the “Opties” (Options) tab. Use the following settings for the best printing quality:

Labeling

Labels correctly stuck on

Prevent delays! Pay attention when sticking on the label!

  • Stick the address label on top of the parcel.
  • Ensure the label is completely visible on top of the parcel.
  • Stick the label onto a flat surface and not over an edge or seam.
  • Ensure that all information on the label is clearly visible.
  • Remove old labels.
  • Do not stick tape onto the barcodes.
  • Do not use plastic sleeves.

Incorrectly stuck on labels

Prevent delays! Pay attention when sticking on the label!

Packaged using a plastic sleeve

The plastic sleeve will lead to light reflection and therefore the barcode cannot be scanned.

Stretched on A4

The label has been stretched for an A4 size and scanning the barcode fails.

Barcode over the seam

The label barcode is stuck over the seam or edge of a parcel and therefore it cannot be scanned.

Aligned incorrectly

An incorrect alignment of the label means that some of the label is not included and cannot be processed.

Delivery Conditions

Outside

Packaging correctly is important!

TIP: Do you have contents in your parcels that can break? Indicate this on the box using a label. This is not a 100% guarantee, but it does lead to special attention being paid!

  • Package the products in a suitable box (max. 60 x 60 x 40 cm).
  • For light parcels (<10 kg) without fragile content, use a single layer cardboard box.
  • If your parcel is small and not fragile, you can also use an envelope lined with bubble wrap.
  • For heavy parcels (>10 kg) and/or parcels with fragile content, use a double-layer cardboard box.
  • Seal the box securely using tape.
  • Remove old parcel labels when you reuse an old box.

Also remember the inside!

TIP: Does your parcel have to be transported upright? Specify this on the outside of the box. We will do our best to deal with this appropriately!

  • Wrap every fragile product in your parcel using bubble wrap.
  • Avoid leaving empty spaces in your parcel. Transporting air is a waste.
  • If you cannot avoid having empty spaces, fill them using filling material so that the products cannot move in the box and your parcel cannot dent.
  • Parcels are stacked. Therefore, ensure that your parcels are robustly packaged!
